A booking is made with us when you pay us a deposit of 25% of the total or full payment if you're booking within 20 days prior the departure of the tour and we issue you a booking confirmation. If you have confirmed by paying the deposit, the balance is paid once at destination.

 

In case the minimum of participants is not reached by 20 days before departure we're going to send you your deposit back.

 

In case of cancellation the deposit can be refunded up to 20 days before; from 20 days before to the day of departure, the deposit can be considered valid for bookings of the same amount for one year, in case of no-show the deposit will not be reimbursed. If cancellations are due to emergencies deposits are always refunded. Refunds are sent back within 14 working days.
